Credentialing delegates for General Assembly                   Attendee has GA Name Badge assembled and in holder. YES Attendee has signed delegate card from the congregation YES Scan barcodes on attendee's GA Name Badge and delegate card according to system prompts. System accepts credential. YES Return GA Name Badge to delegate with voting card in ribbon. Direct delegate to tables where ribbons can be attached and cards labeled. Tell delegate to write their name on their card.   NO NO Delegates must be registered for General Assembly. See folks at Registration and return with GA Name Badge. Does the attendee have a card, but it isn't signed? NO Confirm that the attendee did have a credential card but has lost it. NO Individuals must be designated as delegates by the congregation. Did the congregation designate this attendee as a delegate? NO Attendee cannot be credentialed YES YES YES Have attendee find congregational official to sign the card, and then return with the signed card. YES Is the attendee's Congregational President, Minister, Board Chair, or CRE-M coming to GA? NO Attendee must complete Affidavit.
