Attendee has GA Name Badge assembled and in holder.

Attendee has signed delegate card from the congregation

Scan barcodes on attendee's GA Name Badge and delegate card according to system prompts. System accepts credential.

Return GA Name Badge to delegate with voting card in ribbon. Direct delegate to tables where ribbons can be attached and cards labeled. Tell delegate to write their name on their card.
