How EH conducts Food Service Establishment (FSE) Inspections.

                 
 
What category is the FSE?
Category 1 - Conduct one health inspection according to North Carolina regulations between July 1st and June 30th.
 
 









Category 4 - Conduct four health inspections according to North Carolina regulations. One between July 1st and September 30th, another between October 1st and December 31st, a third between January 1st and March 31st and the last between April 1st and June 30th.
Category 3 - Conduct three health inspections according to North Carolina regulations. One between July 1st and October 31st, one between November 1st and February 28th and another between March 1st and June 30th.
Category 2 - Conduct two health inspections according to North Carolina regulations. One between July 1st and December 31st and another between January 1st and June 30th.
