Renee will have to manage the house by herself and we will not be able to spend time together.
Girls will be able to move during the summer instead of the middle of a school year as it would be right now as I am on the "Fall Cycle".
I've worked for him for two years and would like to see some different leadership styles.
I am interested working with a more unique mission and this is possible in Korea.

I will not be able to attend the girl's concerts, sporting events, or explore our local area.
Kaylie has started high school and all three girls will stay in the same school, become more attached to their friends and environment which may make it even more difficult to leave. but they are already accustomed to moving.
The colonel has an apparent tendency to push individuals who work/lead in his style. If you do not lead the same way (like me), he does not promote your advancement as much.
Osan has jets I am familiar with and also the U-2 reconniassance aircraft I am interested in

If we didn't get Europe and I was able to get to work with the U-2 in Korea, I would possibly be able to PCS to Beale AFB, CA from Korea. I have already been to Beale and know it is a great place to be stationed.

The family is accustomed to my absence as I have deployed before several times and I have been away for schools or PCSed while they continued until they were to follow on at the correct time.
Another, more senior lieutenant is possibly PCSing to Korea along with Col Mora and she is one that he will support. I will always be second seat to her if we are all at the same place.
The U-2 in Osan falls under Air Combat Command and not Pacific Command so it is separated somewhat from the Osan leadership.
Kunsan also has helicopters which, for the Air Force, is a unique mission that I am interested in.

Renee already has a great career in Phoenix that, though Humana works to help her move as a military spouse, she could possibly gain more flexibility in the future.

Korea will provide openings which will allow future ease in movement and openings to work with aircraft outside the mainstream.
