Troubleshoot AMX touch panel

Does touch panel show a screen?	YES	when you press the bottom button on the left and the bottom button on the right at the same time and hold, going to the setup screen, is the round icon green?	YES	Hit Exit until you are back at main control screen. Touch panel is talking to control system. Is control of all video sources working (DirecTV, Kscape)	NO	Check front of Directv box to make sure ir emitter has not come unstuck from front ir window.

Make sure that the charging base is plugged in and the touch panel is seated firmly on the base, then check for a screen again after touching it. Start back at first question.		press protected setup, enter 1988 then done, go to wireless settings, does the lower right area show you are connected to the wireless called Cindys?	YES	Hit Exit once to return to main protected setup page and hit the "Reboot" button. Wait for panel to reboot and then see if panel works now. Does panel work?	NO	Go to closet rack and find Netlinx processor. Pull power and reinsert. Wait for processor to reboot and check to see if it works now. Does panel work?	YES	You are done.

		Go to closet rack, check apple airport on top of rack (white box) for green LED. Is LED green?	NO	Pull power cord from back of airport and reinsert. Wait a few minutes to see if LED goes green. Is it now green? if so Does panel now work?	YES	You are done.
