Proto sample is fitted Buyer briefs sourcing co - ordinator Sourcing coordinator will send a brief to the supplier Supplier will send price and delivery Price and delivery is confirmed and an order will be raised. Style is cancelled NO Supplier re-submits sample After 3 rejected samples If approved: Technologist will fit on dummy and take photographs to send to supplier with detailed instructions on what needs to be amended. NO Garment technologist and buyer will fit sample. If it is approved: Supplier will submit a first fit sample YES YES       Technologist will complete the fit log and seal the sample.         Supplier will submit a PP sample Technologist and buyer will fit on model. If style is approved: YES   A bulk report is sent by the supplier and can be cancelled if any spec problems are picked up. If no problems: NO Technologist and buyer will fit. If approved: An audit will be done by the supplier and a SS sample sent in. Supplier will begin production and develop trims and labels NO YES     Bulk is shipped and delivered to TDC When bulk arrives at TDC, an audit is done and a sample is sent to pricing to be signed off If approved: NO If rejected, more styles are sent to be checked and a 2nd audit done YES       Stock is delivered to stored YES Buyer and planner will approve delivery
