Call Doctor/Hospital to confirm treatment

If client requests Skype meeting with Dr, arrange.

Confirm payment amount and date availability with Dr.

If client agrees, discuss payment options, e.g. bank transfer.









If client wants to think about it, call back in two days.

Two days later, if client agrees, confirm bank details by email.

Confirm details with client, e.g. flight options, hotel options, pickup info.

Make hotel, flight, and pick-up arrangements. e.g. Confirm with Case Manager to be at the airport.
