Customer Service works with Dealer to figure out the best way communicate an Accurate Customer Ready Date. I would suggest asking Dealer to call Customer Service with at least a one week notice of when their Customer will be ready for template measure.

Operations (Project Management) will contact the Installer to schedule a measure date with the Customer
