Evaluation Flow                       Is the student enrolled?     YES NO   Send transcript(s) to Registrar's Office Clerk by Alpha   Send to Admissions Specialist by alpha slice.     Scan transcript, making it viewable only to Grades1st Administrators.   Complete transcript evaluation. Attach Evaluation form.     Complete transcript evaluation. Attach Evaluation form. Record as received in PSSA.   Check to see if the student is enrolled now.   YES NO   Post transfer credit. Scan evaluation form into Grades1st. Enter credit in PSSA. File document. Send transcript(s) to Registrar's Clerk by alpha slice.   File transcript and evaluation in "Not Enrolled" file.         Once the student is enrolled deliver to Registrar's Staff by alpha slice for posting.
