Decision Tree for Store Down Problem Determination - Store has reported they cannot communicate with the Host, No Internet or Registers/Libbys are down.

               
 
Have the store check the Cisco 2951 Router for power. Does it have any lights on?

Can you ping the router? Use BRxxxx1(A) where xxxx = store # A is used at the end for Home stores.

Can you ping the firewalls? Use SFxxxx1m where xxxx - Store # A is used at the end for Home Stores.

Check the firewalls for power. Does either firewall have the power light on?

Check the CSU/DSU (T1) card's LED status lights. Is CD, AL or LP on?
