Decision Tree for Involuntary Hospital. The decision tree begins when a patient presents with sucidial/ homicidal ideation or is gravely disabled due to a major mental illness; Settings would be ER or oupatient clinics.

               
Patient is under influence of drugs/ alcohol (positive screen for alcohol or other drugs)
