Use this form if you would like to go on a leisurely point-to-point practice run of the Ashland Run course. There is no charge or obligation.
If there is sufficient interest, I will try to assemble runners so we can meet at a designated day and time in front of the Elizabethan Shakespearean Theatre.
I am a 70 year-old runner comfortable running at ten or twelve minute per mile pace (on a good day under optimal conditions).
