OD,
I asked who and what you were referring to, to give you a chance to show that others have lied under oath. Simply lying is not necessarily crime. Making a mistake is not necessarily a crime. Smirnov apparently made the mistake of lying under oath. Christopher Steele, for example, didn’t make the mistake of lying under oath
The Steele dossier, also known as the Trump–Russia dossier,[1] is a controversial political opposition research report compiled by Christopher Steele that was published without permission as an unfinished 35-page compilation of "unverified, and potentially unverifiable"[a] raw intelligence reports—"not established facts, but a starting point for further investigation".[3][4][5] It was written from June to December 2016 and contains allegations of misconduct, conspiracy, and cooperation between Donald Trump's presidential campaign and the government of Russia prior to and during the 2016 election campaign. —Wikipedia

Christopher Steele, for example, didn’t make the mistake of lying under oath, I agree, but he wasn't any part of the conversation, and only the dossier was mentioned. Please read next time.🤣
Everyone mentioned in DOJ is guilty because when they turned in the warrants, they are signing, under oath, everything in the warrant is true and correct. So everyone I mentioned lied under oath to the courts, DOJ, etcetcetc. None of them are serving any time whatsoever.
