This is the grand child "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" refuses to acknowledge, DNA notwithstanding.

Compared to other Biden problems, this could be small, but there's potential for Joe to get bit in the arse. Hunter's finance will be exposed...under oath.

    Hope springs eternal.

What's hopeful on this side. Hunter is in court, under oath...in, cherry red, as po'd say, EFFIN, Arkansas.

An Arkansas judge ordered Hunter Biden to reveal financial information on his art sales and investment income as part of a child support case while lawyers for President Joe Biden’s son claimed he already paid $750,000 to the mother of his estranged daughter.

The child between Hunter Biden and Lunden Alexis Roberts was born in Arkansas in August 2018. The now-4-year-old child, Navy Joan Roberts, was conceived while he was in a relationship with Hallie Biden, his brother Beau Biden's widow. Although Hunter Biden denied the child was his, a DNA test proved with near scientific certainty that it was.

Judge Holly Lodge Meyer said Monday that Roberts and Hunter Biden would need to sit for depositions in June, according to CNN, and the son of the president would also need to answer detailed questions about his income.

The New York Post said Monday that Hunter Biden would need to answer written inquiries about the current state of his finances, including all of his investments, his art sales, and other relevant financial transactions.

The word over here is that Ms Roberts' legal team is cooperating with GOP operatives.

    Keeheeheeheeheeheeheehee, hahaha haha ha.

I assumed that Republicans were paying for her legal team and expenses. Am I wrong?

I don't know but my guess is that her attorneys are working on a contingency agreement.

No doubt, in time, she'll make some $$ from a book.

What's really interesting is that pedojr has been hiding out in the Whitehouse so he couldn't get served. The judge made it clear that he is required to show for every trial date. I guess the judge figured that it was his case, so you'd better show. Most child support payments go back five years. If he's caught lying, that's a perjury charge.

The worst thing to me is that the pedoNAZIs are lockstep supporting someone that doesn't want to pay child support. I wonder how that would fit in to their agenda if it were Barron Trump doing the same thing? Would they excuse him? Would they rally around him and support him? Would they watch the woman be slammed and discredited?

Donald Trump has not appeared in court for his rape/defamation civil trial. We Democrats don't have to wonder how MAGA voters will react. Like Tammy Wynette they stand by their man.

I don't believe that defendants are required to appear in court. The jury could easily have an adverse inference at the defendant's absence. In criminal trials defendants are not obliged to testify or if they do, they can plead the Fifth.

I'll be very surprised if Trump testifies in person, his attorneys are well-aware that Trump is likely to perjure himself if he has to answer the plaintiff's lawyers questions.

    1. This is family court. There are no jurors. The judge only decides, and pedojr is on his shtlist. These judges are notoriously anti shyster, and hate people trying to beat the system and not pay support. It's always best to come to court with everything the judge asked for, and then some. Make sure you can support everything you are trying to do or not have done to you. I continued paying the same support until the lask kid joined the military. I told the county that, coupled I had never missed a payment was a shoe-in.

Hunter Biden has been ordered by a judge to appear in person at an Arkansas court on Monday despite his attorneys' effort to keep him out of the courtroom for a contempt hearing in a child support and paternity case.

Lawyers representing Hunter Biden had made a last-ditch effort to keep their client out of the courtroom, asking the judge if he could appear remotely via video or phone instead. Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer rejected that request on Friday, asserting that "all parties are to physically appear," the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.

Meyer also warned that "the court will enforce those orders" for all involved parties.

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden's attorney Brent Langdon had argued that his client should be allowed to appear remotely. He cited "time, expense, logistical challenges and especially the media event any in-person hearing would create," but the judge ultimately dismissed those concerns.

My question is; how would YOU react if Barron were in the same position. I doubt very much you would even consider any quarter be given to any of the family.

Barron Trump is 17. Not sure there could be an analogous situation with Barron being a minor.

But you see how I reacted two weeks ago to Donald Trump's efforts to avoid appearing for his rape/defamation civil trial at the link below. I thought it was comical in its ridiculousness.

HtS said "they" are after people like him (and you) via this trial and that Trump is just in the way. He also thinks that Trump is a sympathetic character.

Trump is, undoubtedly, a sympathetic figure. If you doubt that, check out the steady stream of GOP movers and shakers who are endorsing him. He seems to be becoming a counter-culture cult hero among people disgruntled with DC dysfunction.

And, it's Swamp oppression that has made a hero out of him.
