    The FBI probably did not require a search warrant to look for classified documents in Joe Biden summer home. The search is reportedly consensual at the invitation of Joe Biden. Donald Trump for returning classified documents for over a year.

    What part of the story is unequal justice?

    Swiped Top Secret Classified Documents were found in Joe's UP office closet 3 months ago! And, it's taken this long for Joe's own investigation bureau to get around to showing up at his vacation home...and, only after five tranches of stolen documents were found in Joe's possession.

    You will always think everything is square. I ain't a supporter of OrangeMan but even I can see he's a victim of the Swamp.

    Trump stonewalled turning over the documents for almost 2 years because he saw himself as their rightful owner. THAT'S the very obvious difference.

    Law-enforcement, including the FBI, does not search people’s’ homes unless they have reason to think there’s something that shouldn’t be there. Judges certainly do not issue search warrants unless there’s a good reason they think there’s something there. Unlike Trump, who fought returning classified documents, Joe Biden’s team discovered classified documents, self-reported and returned them to the national archives,

    There is a real example of unequal justice. Trump is a well-known scofflaw and recidivist, who refused to return classified documents when I asked. Trump owns multiple properties. Why have those properties not been searched?

    Incidentally, it’s just been reported the Joe Biden’s attorney says that the FBI found no classified documents, and Joe Biden’s summer home.

    You're going to think that the DOJ and the FBI acted fairly no matter what but it's precisely the thuggery in invading Melania's and Barron's private space that is what's telling...unless Clouseau's family is treated in the same way.

    You have that backwards. You believe that Trump should get special treatment not afforded to any other suspected law-breaker. In reality Trump gets preferential treatment from the FBI. They found classified documents all over Mar-a-Lago including in unlocked and unsecured parts of his residence. When a search warrant is issued it is expected that the FBI will look everywhere, as they only get one crack at it.

    I suspect that the FBI has a specific list of items they were looking for. But knowing Trump, he might have flushed some of the documents down the toilet.
