I'll vote for him because I can't vote for a guy who supports abortion with no restrictions up to the moment of birth.

And, in a year where the electorate is so appalled by the Flatulent Fool and his party, he may win.

Do you disagree with the president's position on abortion?

    You can read about here:

What I know is that "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" strenuously supports the infamous Women's Health Protection Act which would allow abortion up to the moment of birth without restriction.

"Women's Health Protection Act which would allow abortion up to the moment of birth without restriction" ---Hate

Have you read the bill? I have but I didn't see where that was in it, I saw restrictions that couldn't be made. I"d appreciate it if you could point out to me where it says what you say it does.

These were the closest restrictions I could find but they don't say anything at all like what you are saying.

    (8) A prohibition on abortion at any point in time prior to fetal viability, including a prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure.

    (9) A prohibition on abortion after fetal viability when, in the good-faith medical judgment of the treating care provider, continuation of the pregnancy would pose a risk to the pregnant patient’s life or health.

    (10) A limitation on a health care provider’s ability to provide immediate abortion services when that health care provider believes, based on the good-faith medical judgment of the provider, that delay would pose a risk to the patient’s heath.

    Yeah.

    I read it numerous times.

There are no restrictions on abortion at any time up to the moment of birth. I looked. If you can find one I missed, please quote it.

    There ain't one!

    # 8 Says no restrictions UP TO the point of viability. It doesn't say there can't be be restrictions after viability.

    # 9 Says after viability, an abortion can’t be restricted if it’s done to save the mother’s life. It doesn't say there cant be other restrictions, it says an abortion to save the mother’’s life can't be restricted.

Dems want to codify Roe into Federal law, this bill restricts some of the methods states used to abuse and ‘get around’ a women’s right to abortion.
