Poseidon---Lord of the sea. Created the first horse. Uses a trident as a weapon to shake the earth and shatter objects. Has a difficult, quarrelsome personality. Is greedy. Second most powerful of the Olympian gods.
Artemis---Goddess of chastity. Lady of the wild things. Huntsman of the gods. Protector of the young. Presides over childbirth. She is a virgin goddess.
Apollo---God of music. The god of healing. The god of light and truth. Cannot lie.
Hera---Protector of marriage. Takes special care of married women.
Hephaestus---God of fire and the forge. Smith and armorer of the gods. Kind and peace loving. Physically ugly and lame.
Hades---Lord of the underworld. Rules over the dead. God of wealth. Greedy. Pity-less and terrible, but not capricious. Rarely leaves the underworld.
