…if you have an idea and/or the skills to increase our revenue. In the space provided, briefly tell us how much you want to be paid on a per project basis or paid on an ongoing basis and why it will be worth it to us. Convince us that our investment in you will pay dividends. Maybe you have a little idea worth a little money or a big idea worth big money.
You may work at your own computer wherever you are in the world, and on your preferred schedule. The job we may hire you to do could be programming, social networking, providing content, advertising sales, promotions, or something else entirely. They only requirement is that there is a high probability that your services will eventually (and in not too a long a time) make us more money than we paid you. SelectSmart.com is a business after all.
We are totally open to your suggestions for improving SelectSmart.com and what you think you are worth. Just make a solid case as to why it will be worth it to us to pay you. At this point we aren’t interested in seeing your complete resume, we are more interested in your innovations and ideas.

We are not interested in change for the sake of change—the change needs to increase our revenue.
