YES Did the client respond within 3 days from first attempt to set up an appointment? NO Check the jail roster online? Is the client in jail? YES Notify the WEC counselor. Counselor will contact the referral source and send letter to the judge.   NO YES NO Make sure that 3 attempts have been made to contact the client by telephone or current contact information.
