(Size, Shelf Code, UPC, etc)	YES	Mark the Opening Status as "SH" for On Shelf. Mark the Action column as "CF" for Confirmed.

Is there a tag on shelf?	YES	Is all of the information on the tag correct as it pretains to the item? (Size, Shelf Code, UPC, etc)	YES	Mark the Opening Status as "OOS" for Out of Stock. Were you able to find product and place it on shelf before leaving the store?		Mark the Opening Status as "NT" for No Tag. Did you put up a correct tag before leaving the store?	YES	Mark the Action column as (TG) for Tagged.
