Client accepts bid. Creates new job. Sandy turns estimate into job inside bill quick.
Shelly is notified of new job and assigned as manager. Shelly allocates hours between tasks and schedules employees responsible for completing tasks.
Employee works on tasks assigned. Employee finishes task in allocated time?
YES
Next task is assigned for completion. If job is finished and is quote job it is billed as soon as it is marked complete. T&M Jobs will be billed biweekly as time is approved and paid.
