Is there evidence to support or validate remediation?
Is this finding identified as remediated by the client?
Is this remediation testing?




Add narrative about observation or anything that can support remediation claim within the finding comments of the finding that was found to be remediated.
Add the evidence and supporting narrative to the evidence supporting remediation including date.
Ensure client is aware that finding is either partially or completely unremediated. Include pertinent details to the client within the portal.

Have you completed the remediation summary or narrative within the report summary (including date)?
Recheck your report to ensure that all remediation entries are accurately reflected.
