Call the owner from above to update them on status of seeking medical treatment. If they didn't go by ambulance, ask the owner if you should be the one to take them to the doctor?
Inform employee of drug and alcohol testing requirements and ask them if anything will show up. Document their responses.
Document everything you have collected from them, and remind them they must report any changes in their condition immediately to you or their supervisor.

Take employee to Basin Immediate Care. Call ahead and let them know you are coming. When you are there, let receptionist know the employee must be screened for drugs and alcohol. Obtain all copies of releases and restrictions.
Employee is driving themselves or someone else is taking them. Call ahead to Basin Immediate Care and let them know the employee needs to be tested upon arrival.

Take employee home. Do not allow them to return to company property to pick up their vehicle. Give employee instructions to report to you the next day to complete modified duty paperwork if they are not released to full-duty without restrictions.
Return to office and complete modified job offer paperwork - have emploeye sign everything and make copies for them. Complete an 801 form and submit to SAIF.
Complete accident investigation report. Issue disciplinary warnings if employee was found to be negligent. Create a WC file and file all documents, forms, etc. together.
File/claim maintenance until claim is closed.
