I have completed & submitted an application to a college or university

Please complete the application and submit before you request your transcript
 
 
 

YES








I submitted my application via the Common Application.
YES
You do not need to do anything further since your transcript will automatically be sent through the Common Application.

I have applied to a school outside the state of Oklahoma
NO
Is the school NWOSU, Oklahoma City Community Collge, Oklahoma City University, OSU, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, SEOSU, SWOSU, St. Gregory's University, University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma, University of Tulsa?
NO
Then send Mrs. Butler an email and request that your transcript be sent through the Oklahoma Electronic System (Xaps).

Go to your Parchment account and order the transcript. Does Parchment show a charge for the transcript?
NO
Then submit the request and Mrs. Butler will send it electronically to the school that you chose.
 
 
 

YES








Then cancel the request and send Mrs. Butler (dbutler@bkelleyhs.org) an email and request that she mail the transcript. Please include the full name of the school and address.
