Address your feelings. Write in a journal, go for a walk, pray, stretch, breeeeaathe, call a friend, look at MFP success stories. Be productive--clean, organize, paint your toenails--ANYTHING!! Eating will solve nothing. Food is for fuel and pleasure. It does NOT fix any emotional issues--in fact it makes them worse. STOP EATING YOUR FEELINGS!
