Angel is one of those racists who doesn't realize he's racist. I've known a lot of racists like angel. It's a subtle form of racism. Subtle racists will always point out a person's race, even when it's not pertinent. When they meet a Black person, Black is all they see. That's why when later they're talking to you about this person they met, they'll mention that the person was Black.

Reagan stopped being the hero of the Republicans a long time ago. They never mention him anymore. You have to remember that he was elected over 37 years ago. That's a long time. We're getting old. Not just Reagan, though. The current group of Republicans in power never mention any previous Republican presidents, not even George W. Disaster. They're more impressed by Putin.

To expand on what I said in my first post, multi-culturalism works in America because the various subcultures are secondary to the dominant pop culture and culture of Profitism. It's those two dominant cultures that sort of bring all the subcultures together. Most people who move to America come here to make money and to be part of the whole experience of America, which is largely our pop culture.

Just from the thread title, my immediate thought was Niedermeyer. The feeling I get from all of these people (with exception of Mark Metcalf, the actor who played Niedermeyer) is a total lack of empathy, compassion, or concern for others. I can see and feel it, especially when I see them on video.

Juni - In America we don't have one culture. America has always been a melting pot. Our largest Muslim population is in Dearborn, Michigan and they're as American as everyone else. The only identifiable cultures we have are pop culture and the culture of Profitism, which immigrants have never had a problem assimilating into. Nothing you wrote is applicable here.

All it shows is the Moon rover kicking up Moon dust that falls directly back down to the surface without any particles lingering in the air.
