Do you like corn on the cob but hate shucking it?

Try this.

Don't shuck & then cook it. Rather put it as is on the barbecue
with or without anything else you're going to cook next to it.

When done, just bring it back inside on a tray or pan (preferably
one with high sides to hold stuff inside.

You can then put the corn right into the fridge on the tray for a few days
& shuck it in the sink as needed.

I find most corn needs around 30 minutes.

I like to turn it over after 5 minutes, then rotate 90 degrees every 5 minutes
so it gets cooked all around. The husk prevents it from charring.

Those of you who also live on the sunbelt can enjoy this all year long.

They cook it like that at carnivals, but I'm not big on corn because of the kernels getting stuck between your teeth.

That's why dentists tell us to floss!
