It seems as if the old testament expected a messiah to
1-save them from Rome
2-be god himself (isaah 9:2)
The new testament has no verses where Jesus claims to be "god."
He goes to great lengths to say they are seperate & different.
However, some people believe believe & teach it is the same
(because of the catholic church).
