after the global warming fail, the pigmen have regrouped and are going for water crisis now
we need a centralized global government to save us from the water crisis. of course this new gov includes building a fund from our money, taxing authority, and the ability to issue debt in all earthly citizen's names.
the volume is at 4 now. put your earplugs in, pigmen have their hand on the dial

Actually, drinking too much water can harm you. Just like there's naturally occurring arsenic in much of our produce, but you probably don't want to intentionally ingest larger quantities of arsenic.
Nature abounds with substances that are harmless or essential to maintaining life, but in larger quantities become poison or harmful. CO2 is one of a plethora of substances like that.
When people mock the idea that too much CO2 in our atmosphere is harmful, they expose their ignorance of science.
Thats ok because Tx lives on the Pluto of his own fears and paranoid thinking. Boy would I like to see him have to walk miles every day to get a qt. of water untrated at that. Out of touch and decidedly out to lunch

it would take a week to bring you all up to speed. instead, i skip to the endgame.

Water dominates world economics as a silently rising threat to global stability; in the corridors of power, some fear that the next big war will be fought over scarce water resources.
Water and food security have recently been critical themes at the United Nations. The watchdog records it as one of the most dangerous rising threats to the modern world.

USDA agencies with a water mission are working closely together to develop practical solutions for securing food and water resources in the future—not just for Americans, but also globally.
This week marks the 19th year of World Water Day. The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development designated this day as an annual international event focusing on the importance of sustaining and managing fresh water resources. This year’s theme is water and food security. This is such a critical issue to not only to our international friends, but also for U.S. farmers, ranchers, growers, consumers, and conservationists.
The United Nations also convened its Sixth World Water Forum in France last week. Held every three years, it’s the largest ministerial and scientific meeting addressing water issues that impact our world.

A new report published in the online journal PLoS ONE, analyzing water consumption in 405 river basins around the world, found that water scarcity impacts at least 2.7 billion people for at least one month each year.
“Freshwater is a scarce resource; its annual availability is limited and demand is growing,” said Arjen Hoekstra, professor in water management at the University of Twente and lead author of the report, Global Monthly Water Scarcity: Blue Water Footprints versus Blue Water Availability. “There are many places in the world where serious water depletion takes place: rivers running dry and dropping lake and groundwater levels.”
The new assessment of global water scarcity tracked month-to-month variability in water flows and accounted for the flows needed to sustain critical ecological functions. Through detailed analysis of the total water consumption, or depletion, rather than water withdrawals, the study highlights how the water used to grow crops, sustain industry and provide drinking water has in many places exceeded sustainable levels of water use.

exactly. but this won't stop the pigmen from 'educating' the dupes on the 'crisis'......and of course their 'solution' will be a money + power grab.

That may or may not be true - and as Mulva has pointed out, there are parts of the world in which obtaining clean, safe drinking water is a very real issue.
However, what you're trying to do is point to this "big scare" (which no one's heard of until now) as evidence that global climate change is a scam.
How are the two related, except in that you don't buy either of them?

The World Water Council, the convener of the World Water Forum, sure knows its market. At their recent global gathering held in Marseille, France, they tapped into the thirst of governments, development agencies and banks, NGOs and private water operators for a conversation about water services and managing the growing water crisis -- as well as a shot at lucrative contracts.
One obstacle to this shift is the approximately 27 UN agencies that deal with water. This bureaucratic dispersion mirrors the way most governments back home split administration of water matters. There tends to be one agency administering potable water, another issuing water permits to mine operators, a third overseeing sanitation and no one watching out for watershed protection. Unlike, say, the World Health Organization (WHO), there is no central UN agency for global water. No one leads; into the vacuum steps the World Water Council.

U.S. Intelligence Warns that Global Water Shortage May Lead to War in the Future
The U.S. Intelligence warns that in the coming decades water shortages across the globe will lead to conflict and possibly war between nations. The report, which was requested by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, notes that within the next ten years the risk of war over water shortages will most likely be minimal; however, beyond 2022, the risk will increase, particularly in areas such the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Additionally, population growth and an increase in water usage have placed a strain on already existing water resources. According to the World Bank, the global demand for water is doubling every 21 years. Environmental concerns, such as desertification and climate change, raise even more questions and concerns regarding our existing water sources.

Hate to break it to you, buddy, but global warming is happening and humans have sped up the process. This is a fact and I am not going to waste my time proving it to you.
3. To achieve water security, we face the following main challenges:
Meeting basic needs: to recognise that access to safe and sufficient water and sanitation are basic human needs and are essential to health and well-being, and to empower people, especially women, through a participatory process of water management.
Securing the food supply: to enhance food security, particularly of the poor and vulnerable, through the more efficient mobilisation and use, and the more equitable allocation of water for food production.
Protecting ecosystems: to ensure the integrity of ecosystems through sustainable water resources management.
Sharing water resources: to promote peaceful co-operation and develop synergies between different uses of water at all levels, whenever possible, within and, in the case of boundary and trans-boundary water resources, between states concerned, through sustainable river basin management or other appropriate approaches.
Managing risks: to provide security from floods, droughts, pollution and other water-related hazards.
Valuing water: to manage water in a way that reflects its economic, social, environmental and cultural values for all its uses, and to move towards pricing water services to reflect the cost of their provision. This approach should take account of the need for equity and the basic needs of the poor and the vulnerable.
Governing water wisely: to ensure good governance, so that the involvement of the public and the interests of all stakeholders are included in the management of water resources.
6. Integrated water resources management depends on collaboration and partnerships at all levels, from individual citizens to international organisations, based on a political commitment to, and wider societal awareness of, the need for water security and the sustainable management of water resources. To achieve integrated water resources management, there is a need for coherent national and, where appropriate, regional and international policies to overcome fragmentation, and for transparent and accountable institutions at all levels.
Against the background of the preparatory work for and discussions in The Hague, we will work within multilateral institutions, particularly the UN system, International Financial Institutions and bodies established by Inter-Governmental Treaties, to strengthen water-related policies and programmes that enhance water security, and to assist countries, as appropriate, to address the major challenges identified in this Declaration.

The visual identity and communication campaign is by UN-Water.[3] It is in conjunction with a one day event organised by EU Minister for Water Stephen Tummon who has organised a one-day event to raise awareness about water, called "Aquatic Picnic". On the matter, Tummon said; "It's incredible how many people don't know that water actually exists, I first learnt about "water" in 2009 and my life hasn't been the same since. Thats what #aquapic (sic) is all about"

UN-Water is dedicating World Water Day 2010 to the theme of water quality, reflecting its importance alongside quantity of the resource in water management.
Clean water and war: in time of war the access to clean water is frequently restricted because water supply or purification systems have been destroyed, because water reserves are located in areas that have become dangerous or because of massive displacement. People ultimately resort to sources of water with a high health risk and many people contract water-borne diseases.[6]

The looming water crisis is one of the most critical challenges facing the world today. Global demand for this precious resource has increased more than six-fold over the past century compared with a threefold increase in world population. Without better management of water resources and related ecosystems, two-thirds of humanity will suffer from severe or moderate shortages by the year 2025. This year the theme for World Water Day was Water for Development.

U.N. considers world tax to fund basic human services
“No one should live below a certain income level,” stated Milos Koterec, President of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. “Everyone should be able to access at least basic health services, primary education, housing, water, sanitation and other essential services.”
These services were presented at the forum as basic human rights equal to the rights of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
The money to fund these services may come from a new world tax.

You have not tapped into the real sources, tx. The sources about water and climate change. We are already in to the era of water wars. Darfur was a water war. The wars in the Horn of Africa were water wars. Desertification is increasing as drought from lack of rain spreads. That lack of rain is caused by the shifting of atmospheric patterns.
Ironically, at the total precipitation around the world increases (due to the greater evaporation caused by warming) it is falling in places where it is unavailable for human need: and at times that do not concord with agricultural seasons.
The article on Pakistan leaves much unsaid. India, China and Pakistan are all fed by the same systems that originate in the Himalayas. The water flow has already reduced by almost one third for those river systems. The flow also is not in line with the seasons. The spring melt comes earlier or is directly rainfall. Agriculture suffers for all three nations. And, of course the same problems apply to the smaller central Asian nations.
If we don't get a grip on climate soon, the human race may be too enfeebled from thirst and hunger to fight any wars.
This is a problem for most of the world, not just the countries that you have reference, to. Even for the USA. The USA will be in serious trouble within a decade or two.
At the Scopes Monkey Trial, Clarence Darrow gave a brilliant speech, but the cynical journalist H.L. Mencken told him "You may as well have shouted it up a waterspout in Outer Mongolia for all the effect it will have on your listeners ..
Hundreds of years from now, if humanity even survives that long, they will probably not even be aware that there ever was a time in human history when you could drill into the earth and tap into water that you could actually drink without dying.
"Of course sub-surface water is highly poisonous. It has always been highly poisonous", the rulers of the time will confidently explain.
in this context it matters not if the crisis is real or not
the desired solution of banker-run world government is the problem i'm addressing. they are not out to solve water problems. it's just a conduit to their true desires.
of course they are going to pick something(s) they can likely sell to the dupes to get their final solution in place
btw, in the US, the CWAct did its job. the bulk of the work is complete. just details remain
