TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world

The Sinking State Of The Union:
To 10 Threats To The Free world

1-China
Mark my words, they are the sleeping dragon. For too long, we have ignored them
or tried to appease them, but this strategy will not work forever. (My prediction, is
that they will do something to start WW3.)

2-North Korea
A country run by a loony tune. They want to nuke us, and have advanced they're technology.
Shame on our leaders for not stopping them.

3-Iran
The 3! state sponsor of terror. Who also wants to develop nukes. Shame
on the Obama administration for giving them all that money.

4-Democrats
For a long time they were the party of the people, & I routed for them. But now they've
lost their way, and have come full circle back to the party of intolerance . . . but in a
way for the new millennium. Many are also border line communists.

5-Republicans
Since the democrats came to power, & used it abusively, they're started to make more sense.
However, many still act foolishly. Shame on those (like Mit Romney & the Bushes) who didn't
support Donald Trump. I believe he is & will do a good job, but letting the Dakota pipeline go
over American Indian land worries me. The media doesn't even acknowledge that Natives
(as well as activists) don't like it. Their worry is the benefit for the majority. But the rights of
the many are not supposed to impose on the minority (or vice versa). Many republicans still
believe we are a Christian nation, but I do not see a cross on our flag! They speak often of
Jews & Christians being persecuted by Muslims, but never of Buddhists or Wiccans or
Native Americans.

6-Terrorists
They're still out there, and they still hate us! Luckily we're more aware of that now. We now have
to worry more about home grown crazies inspired by anti-social media

Isn't it sad that our main political parties are listed as a higher threat than terrorists? The reason
why is we're seen the greatest harms to liberty coming from our own government. By conceiving
bogus acts like The Patriot Act & The National Defense Authorization Act, they let the
terrorists win.

But Ben Franklin said it best, "those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little
temporary safety, deserve neither liberty or safety."

7-Ignorant protesters
People have the right to free speech & assembly. As a liberal, I'm all for that. But so it peacefully
& know what you are talking about.

It's one thing to protest Bush's inauguration in 2001, cause he stole an election. But to do it to Trump
is different, cause he won fair according to the rules. Many were women who didn't like his "locker
room" talk to Billy Bush, but doesn't (or wouldn't) that violate his right to free speech? (If he should be
impeached for that, than Madona should be jailed for saying she wanted to blow up the white house.
But both are just words.)

8-Ignorant Third Party Candidates
I'm all for 3rd parties. I think it's atrocious that 2 parties have highjacked the political system, & the
media. However, they haven't highjacked our brains, we still have free will.

Yet if they expect people like me to support them, they have to know what they are talking about.
While I've been asked if I am a libertarian (being fiscally conservative & socially liberal); I can't
support them when their social & fiscal policies interfere with each other.

Jill Stein was so bizarre as a candidate, that she made pot smoking Gary Johnson look normal.
And when asked what the greatest threat to our country is; of all the answers she could have said
like terrorism, China, or economic woes; she said global warming. (I know they're the green party,
but we need a leader who can prioritize & multitask.)

9-Economic Woes
Bill Clinton messed up our jobs by signing NAFTA. And our companies have betrayed us by using
cheap labor from other countries. Fortunately, we now have a business man in the white house,
who is changing this idiotic betrayal.

Just for the record, I look for American made product. And if I can find them, I'll buy them - even
if I have to pay more (especially if it's vs. something made in China).

But it's not only about jobs. There's inflation, debt, and the list goes on.

10-Mental Issues
There are many issues that affect a person's mind, this includes drugs. If we can better educate
& threat people with problems, than we can have a better society - with less crime

I know many conservatives and others are against the legalization of drugs, but we are a nation
of hypocrites when tobacco & alcohol are legal.

Before 1914, they actually weren't illegal. It was pressure & smears from businesses that made
that government change this.

But let's be realistic, the war on drugs is not winnable. Prohibition of alcohol didn't work either.
And in the Netherlands, the rate of adolescents who use is around half of in america. Their
government believes legalizing it takes the fun out of it.

Or maybe they might just educate their youth better?

Education is the most important thing to instill on our children - in so many areas

Seriously, have you ever read a book, tried to think for yourself???

No, I am not arguing. I am merely explaining why I am right!

Read a book? Two years ago when I downsized, I gave away most of my library. 8000 books. Some of them with words too big for your miasmic optics.

And, I have written more than you will ever read.

See, that's the problem.
You gave them away rather than read them.

Well said, but it goes with economic woes, and since both repub & dems allow it
it counts as 4, 5, & 9.

Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world

Wars are the fault(s) of our leaders, who are repubs & dems,
both of which are listed.

Others countries that are more than likely to cause trouble & bring war
are also listed. (Actually, these are the 1st 3 mentioned.)
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world

It took much longer to type it, than it did to think it.

who buys the pols? frbny and its friends. who funds the wars? frbny.

you want to end the wars -- pay for them by taxing us, rather than having frbny create the debt to pay for it. screeching stop, peace explodes. not one man in a hundred understands this.

still more, the wars are mostly against countries that don't have a central bank under frbny's control

when i said 1 through 10, i was being ridiculously conservative. more accurate may be 1 through 20...or 50

and btw, number 1 on the stupid list in the op is total b.s. china is PARTNER, not adversary. good 'most favored' for proof

Only a mark who doesn't understand the truth would say that.

Look at what China did to Tibet! Why? No resources! It was simply to make the point
that they could, and no one is the world would even blink.

And what they are trying to do with Tawain!

So, yes, China is an ally to some people.

People who like low cost labor & loose of American jobs.
People who are blind to true tyrrany.
People who don't care about atrocities that happen ... .
especially those we don't see & hear about.

No, I am not arguing. I am merely explaining why I am right!
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world

You should take a look at the political history of China and Tibet. The Chinese believe their claim to Tibet is legitimate and there is a good argument that says it is. Not just to prove that they could.

Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world

lowering corporate income tax is a small step to make US more competitive. but i want the big one -- import tariff

nyc.dc has set up the rules of the game so that any business that doesn't outsource to third world is stupid - and will get wasted by those that do
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world
December 19, 2017 09:28PM
They're going to spend that money where they've already been spending it, TX - China. We're not getting anything from corporate America. The Rs are ludicrously suggesting they'll be paying their taxes now - but why? If they got away with it before - they'll keep offshoring all their cash. Why pay taxes if you don't have to?
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world
December 19, 2017 09:33PM
they are gong to buy back their own stock -- driving it higher, enriching themselves through options and stock performance based bonuses. but all of that ignores the root of the problem

the problem is the money being offshore in the first place. the nyc.dc rules essentially make them take manufac offshore - or be at competitive disadvantage
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world
December 19, 2017 11:54PM
Lowering corporate tax does not make America more competitive. What is lost will be made up from borrowing and that will require higher interest rates that will affect individuals and corporations. And far more involved.

You saying that dribble proves what an ignorant piece of filth you are, ladyish one.

Do you even realize what you are saying?

That any tyrant can make a claim that another land (epspecially if weaker) is or was
a part of it's own???

Did not Saddam Hussein try that with Kuwait, and the world felt he was wrong?

Wait, of course, there is a difference. Kuwait is an oil producing country,
so it matters to the world. The world does not care about spirituality.

Next, do your history.

Tibet was not a part of China, but an independent state. The Mongols were attacking
Tibet, trying to take over it. The dynasty in charge of China at that time (Manchus) made a
benevolent decision to take it under it's wing & protect it.

But don't take my word for it:
http://www.umass.edu/rso/fretibet/education.html

However, there is a big difference between trying to protect someone or a place,
and conquering it for the fun of it (or a hatred of religion).

I would have no problem with China owning/occupying Tibet if the people were treated fairly.
Instead we have people beaten, nuns being raped.

Of course, that means nothing to you . . . because it doesn't affect you or the cost
of your daily life

When you want to have a serious discussion (with facts), let me know.

If you want to keep spewing dribble, I will continue to talk down to you.

Either way, I will have fun. the finger smiley

You are an offensive, foolish jerk. Not just foolish, perhaps, but a fool. Your ignorance is beyond words to describe. You could, if you can read. look at the legal history of China and Tibet.
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world
December 21, 2017 01:20AM
Legal history???

Conquering & raping, nor defending, do not equal legally owning.

It's no funny, how we as people decide what we think is fair & when.

It's ok to kill, when I say.
It's ok to pillage, if it does affect me.

Call me offensive, lady, if you like . . . but you are the fool. the finger smiley

You are the perfect target for the Grand Old Pedos new communist Red Party because you will swallow any lie out there. Your list of "threats" reads like the who's who of paranoid wingnut rants.
Re: TSSOTU: Top 10 threats to the free world
December 21, 2017 11:11PM
NO, republicans hardly ever speak of most of these things.
Both pretend to care about the economy, but do nothing to stabilize & grow it long term.

1-China
Neither democrats or republicans care about or take it seriously.
Why, cause everyone tend to deal with the more immediate,
rather than the biggest bad in the batch.

2-N. Korea
Last I checked W wussed out on them when they stated talking s****.

3-Iran
They are a threat to the world. Neither party does much about it,
but dems do less to help than the repubs.

4 & 5- Both parties who work against US!

6-Do you deny that there are terrorists out there, who hate freedom?!?

7- Do you deny that there are & ignorant protestors?
Perhaps, because you are ignorant yourself!

8-I don't expect you to understand that one, cause I know you voted for one.
I do applaud you for not voting for the crooked queen, but your choice was
not a good one either.

9 & 10- You cannot deny the economic woes & mental problems we see in this country!
If you do than you are the most ignorant buffoon ion the universe.

No, I am not arguing. I am merely explaining why I am right!
