    HtS, I can't make sense of the "metrics" that Outkick is reporting to measure COVID success or failure.

    Here is a measure that makes sense: death rate per capita. The states with the highest COVID deaths rates per capita are mostly red states (or states that Trump supporters insist Trump actually won).

    Most of the lowest per capita deaths rates states are blue states including the bluest of states.
