I've been looking around for someone to try to splain this: How Alissa Heinerscheid, the Anheuser-Busch mistress of woke, could think that insulting white male "fratty" Bud Light drinkers is inclusive.
It's the same question as how our SS wokesters can consider it an inclusive thing to promote the trans agenda by calling mummies and daddies and nannas and pappaps who simply want to be involved in their kid's education "fascistic and disgusting" "Christian theocrats."
Anyway, here's highlights, but, you wokesters can splain how hating on everyday mostly guys unlike you "includes:"
When a company executive talks about 'inclusivity,' she doesn’t mean it in the way the average observer would assume.
...Alissa Heinerscheid made sure to hit all of the requisite buzzwords. “If we do not attract young drinkers to come and drink this brand,” Heinerscheid warned, “there will be no future for Bud Light.” “What I brought to that” endeavor, she continued, “was a belief in, okay, what does ‘evolve and elevate’ mean? It means inclusivity. It means shifting the tone. It means having a campaign that’s truly inclusive and feels lighter and brighter and different and appeals to women and to men.” “Representation,” Heinerscheid concluded, “is sort of the heart of evolution.”
Bud Light is the Amazon Basics of bad beer. I have drunk it on hunting trips with friends who have Second Amendment tattoos, and on the beach with friends who are gay. I’ve drunk it with Protestants and Catholics and Jews and Hindus. I’ve drunk it at football games, at baseball games, at NASCAR, and at concerts. I’ve drunk it with black friends, with Hispanic friends, and with white friends of both sexes. When Heinerscheid says that she wants Bud Light to be more “inclusive,” I must ask what that actually means? Putting the pope on Bud Light cans would be “inclusive.” Putting homeschooling parents on the cans would be “inclusive.” Putting feminists who find Dylan Mulvaney’s act infuriating on the cans would be “inclusive.” Hell, putting Old Order Amish people on the cans would be “inclusive.”
...when Heinerscheid talks about “inclusivity,” she doesn’t actually mean “inclusivity” in the way that an average observer would assume she means it.
...in contemporary corporate America, some people are simply more equal than others.
I've been absolutely fascinated by what Alissa Heinerscheid did and said because it's so down the middle par for the course for the woke and so clearly rooted in hate for the NASCAR, SEC/ACC football gangs...and, therefore, accepted as enlightened love speech among the woke.
I've been waiting for sumpthin like this to happen. Now, it's happened...over cans of really average beer.
Anyway, if you progressives can splain how a presumably really smart woke female business executive could think trashing fratty beer drinkers was a good business model, have at it.
